1. No Refunds on Digital and Spiritual Services
All payments made for prophetic readings, consultations, courses, and spiritual guidance sessions are final and non-refundable.
Because these are time-based, personalized, and spiritual in nature, once a session, prayer, or reading has been prepared or delivered, no refund or exchange can be issued.
2. Commitment to Excellence
Every session and product is handled with prayer, preparation, and excellence.
If you ever feel your experience did not reflect the description of the service, please contact us immediately at prophetpreciousokafor@gmail.com so we can review and resolve the situation in good faith.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
Failure to show up for a booked session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the payment.
4. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a payment was made in error or without your authorization, please reach out to us within 48 hours at prophetpreciousokafor@gmail.com so we can investigate and assist appropriately.
