INTRODUCTION

Every person has a divine destiny—a flow of life, favor, and success that God, nature, or higher powers ordained before they were born. But there are moments in life where this flow can be interrupted.

A Point of Interruption (POI) is that exact spiritual moment, event, or season where your destiny trajectory is stopped, hijacked, redirected, or wounded.

The tricky part? Many people experience this and appear outwardly successful. Promotions, relationships, or possessions may come—but deep inside, spiritually, things are no longer moving according to divine timing.

Understanding and identifying your Point of Interruption is critical to recovery, restoration, and accelerated breakthrough.

I. HOW POINTS OF INTERRUPTION OCCUR

1. Sudden Losses

Unexpected death, financial ruin, or business collapse.

These events often mark a spiritual blockage in your life flow.

2. Wrong Relationships or Betrayals

Friendships, romantic relationships, or partnerships that drag you backward.

Betrayal often leaves spiritual wounds that slow destiny acceleration.

3. Early Child Abuse or Family Curses

Childhood trauma or generational iniquities can plant early blocks in your life.

4. Wrong Location/Movement

Moving to places that are spiritually misaligned with your destiny.

This includes geographical, social, or professional misplacement.

5. Sexual, Spiritual, or Bloodline Entanglement

Sexual abuse, promiscuity, occult involvement, or generational soul ties.

Bloodline entanglements like ancestral curses can disrupt divine flow.

6. Manipulation by Spirits or Human

Jezebel-type interference, familiar spirits, or controlling individuals in your environment.

7. Family Idols or Unbroken Blood Contracts

> Observation: Many who experience POIs still achieve partial success. They get “some” of their blessings—but never fully the divine potential intended for them.

III. THE SPIRITUAL IMPACT OF INTERRUPTION

1. Destiny Hijack – Your life may be redirected into mediocrity.

2. Delayed Fulfillment – Promises that should have manifested early are postponed.

3. Spiritual Wounds – Emotional, relational, and spiritual trauma accumulates.

4. Divine Timing Misalignment – Things happen out of season, reducing impact and favor.

IV. HOW TO RECOVER FROM A POINT OF INTERRUPTION

1. Identification and Revelation

Pray for discernment to locate the exact interruption point.

Seek prophetic insight or deliverance ministry guidance.

2. Repentance and Renunciation

Renounce wrong relationships, betrayals, and personal compromises.

Break covenants with any form of ungodly entanglement.

3. Deliverance and Spiritual Warfare

Pray against spirits of delay, deception, and oppression.

Break family idols, bloodline curses, and manipulative spiritual influences.

4. Realignment with Divine Timing

Submit fully to God’s plan for your current season.

Use fasting, prayer, and prophetic decrees to restore destiny flow.

5. Restoration of Lost Years

Joel 2:25 – “I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten.”

Expect accelerated promotion and breakthrough once the interruption is removed.

V. PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
